(e) Patient engagement and support services.
ClearMedi does not itself provide medical treatment. All medical advice is provided solely by qualified healthcare professionals.

5. USER OBLIGATIONS

You agree to:
(a) Provide accurate, complete, and current information,
(b) Maintain confidentiality of your login credentials,
(c) Use the Platform only for lawful purposes,
(d) Not misuse, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to the Platform,
(e) Retain your own copies of medical records.

6. ACCOUNT SECURITY

You are solely responsible for all activities conducted under your account. ClearMedi shall not be liable for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to safeguard credentials.

7. PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS

Payments are processed through third party payment gateways. ClearMedi does not store card or banking details. Refunds shall be processed in accordance with payment gateway policies and applicable laws.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, trademarks, logos, designs, software, and material on the Platform are the exclusive property of ClearMedi or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

9. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

You shall not:
(a) Upload unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or harmful content,
(b) Infringe intellectual property rights,
(c) Transmit viruses or malicious code,
(d) Impersonate any person or entity,
(e) Interfere with Platform security or functionality.

10. DISCLAIMER OF MEDICAL LIABILITY

Online consultations are based on information provided by you and do not replace physical examination. ClearMedi shall not be responsible for outcomes arising from reliance on online consultations.

11. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The Platform and Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. ClearMedi disclaims all warranties, express or implied.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

ClearMedi’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed INR 1,000. ClearMedi shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

13. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ClearMedi, its directors, employees, and partners from any claims arising out of your use of the Platform or breach of these Terms.

14. TERMINATION

ClearMedi may suspend or terminate access to the Platform without notice if these Terms are violated.

15. DATA PROTECTION

Personal data shall be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on https://clearmedi.in/.

16. COMMUNICATION CONSENT

17. FORCE MAJEURE

18. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
